How to Play Word Chain Challenge
Game Basics
- • Start with a given word
- • Add words where first letter = last letter of previous word
- • Build the longest chain possible
- • Each word can only be used once
- • Race against the timer

Game Modes
- • Sprint: 2 minutes, any words
- • Themed: 3 minutes, category-specific
- • Marathon: 5 minutes, bonus multipliers
- • Expert: 90 seconds, 5+ letter words only
Scoring System
- • Base points = word length × 10
- • Chain bonus = chain position × 5
- • Speed bonus for quick additions
- • Perfect chain bonus (no breaks)
- • Rare letter bonus (Q, X, Z)
Power-ups
- • Hint: Suggests next word
- • Skip: Change current ending letter
- • Time Freeze: Pause timer for 10 seconds
- • Wild Card: Any letter connection
